This ale malt is made using the finest laureate spring barley, sown and grown at Demperston Farm, Auchtermuchty. The barley was sown in spring 2022 and harvested in August 2022, stored with tender loving care and malted to deliver flavour, quality and provenance to your brewhouse. In January 2023 we have had no alternative but to increase our prices in line with increased input costs, we apologise.
